This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 05.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.2360 of 2015 in O.P.No.372 of 2015 on the file of Family Court - cum V Additional District Court, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
