HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.26426 of 2008 ORDER:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. S. Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents and in view of the notification dated 13.8.2014, bearing Rc. No. 3795/2007/E.1, he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy, if the circumstances so demand.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance, if any.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
