ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.4 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge at Gurazala, Guntur District, against them.

2. The second respondent herein filed D.V.C.No.4 of 2015 against her husband i.e., first petitioner, and other petitioners stating that her husband addicted to bad vices and used to abuse her and beat her for the sake of additional dowry and the other petitioners used to encourage the acts of the first petitioner. In view of the serious allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings and the investigation may go on. However, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with unless their presence is necessary for disposal of the case.
