Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation. Inasmuch as the representations of the petitioner dated 03.04.2018 and 25.06.2018 for payment of balance hire charges, are stated pending with the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said respondent / competent authority, to consider the above stated representations, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
