HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.13711 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not considering the claim of the petitioner for appointment to the post of ANM though she is fully qualified and eligible, though she made representation to the respondents and the District Medical Health Officer. In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the petitioner to make representation to the concerned District Medical Officer and within eight (08) weeks there from the concerned District Medical Officer shall dispose of the said representation and communicate his decision to the petitioner. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 19-04-2018 Nvl
