HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2837 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not taking any action on the complaint dated 04.02.2015 made by the petitioner against the 5th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to demolish the illegal constructions raised by the 5th respondent.

The case of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent is making constructions in the property belonging to the petitioner to an extent of 100 sq.ys. in Sy.Nos.1019/2 and 1022/2 of Hanmakonda Mandal, Warangal District, without obtaining any permission. He further submits that though he made a complaint on 04.02.2015, the respondents have not taken any action till today. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4, on instructions submits that the 5th respondent has obtained construction permission from the respondents. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4, that the 5th respondent has obtained permission for construction from the respondents, I do not see any merits in the writ petition and the grievance of the petitioner is misconceived. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
