This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not complying the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.39722 of 2016, dt.17.11.2016.

Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent submits that in pursuance to the orders passed in WP.No.39722 of 2016, the 3rd respondent has served on the petitioner the copy of the order passed by the District Panchayat Officer dt.08.09.2016 by which permission granted to the 4th respondent was revoked. He also submits that show cause notice dt.18.08.2018 was issued to the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent has also submitted reply dt.29.08.2018.

It is to be seen that if there is any illegal construction made by the 4th respondent, having received reply to the show cause notice from the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent is obligated to take further action by passing necessary orders in accordance with law. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to take further action in pursuance to the show cause notice dt.18.08.2018, after considering the explanation of the 4th respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also open for

the 3rd respondent to issue fresh show cause notice for taking further action.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
