ORDER
\ This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents in not registering the name of the petitioner as Special Class Contractor, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri Ponnam Mahesh Babu, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayathraj 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though this Court, by order dated 15.03.2022 has set aside the proceedings dated 08.05.2017, blacklisting the petitioner, the respondents have not been allowing the petitioner to participate in the tenders. He submits that though the petitioner claims to have made a representation dated 06.04.2022 to respondent No.2 with a request to register his name as a Special Class Contractor, the same is still pending before respondent No.2 and hence, the petitioner seeks intervention of this Court to pass appropriate orders.

ln the facts and circumstances, respondent No,2 is directed to consider the representation dated 06.04.2022 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
