The sequence of events as set out in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition defy comprehension. The petitioner at one stage says that the revision was filed on 19.06.2015!

The writ petition is therefore dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to file a fresh case with proper pleadings.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
