HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.No.3593 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 14.07.2015, passed in E.A.No.126 of 2015 in E.P.No.55 of 2012 in O.S.No.31 of 2010 by the Principal District Judge, Kadapa.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that, in fact, the very E.P.No.55 of 2012 on the file of Principal District Judge, Kadapa, was terminated on 02.11.2015, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 31.08.2015.

4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
