HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.19968 OF 2002 ORDER :
Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not considering the application of the petitioner seeking for medical reimbursement in terms of G.O.Ms.No.38, dated 23.1.1996 and G.O.Ms.No.175, dated 29.5.1997 read with Proceedings No.1931/SC/97, dated 29.9.1997 of the respondent University, the present Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, who is a retired employee of respondent University.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T.Durga Reddy, standing counsel for the respondent University.

Since the claim of the petitioner is of the year 2002 and having regard to the facts, Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit fresh representation to the respondent University seeking medical reimbursement within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
