THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.12708 OF 2004 ORDER:

1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned award dated 15.10.2003 made in I.D.No.646 of 2000 on the file of Labour Court-I, Hyderabad published on 12.01.2004, setting aside the alleged oral order dated 23.10.1999 terminating the services of the first respondent and ordering his reinstatement as fresher in the post of Cleaner/Washer of the vehicles or in any other similar suitable post, and quash the same.

2 At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that in pursuance of the award dated 15.10.2003, the first respondent was reinstated into service and that in pursuance of the interim order of this Court, dated 18.08.2004, the first respondent is being continued in service and hence no orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.
