The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of filing of another writ petition being W.P.No.18635 of 2015, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
