Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to pursue the writ petition which has been already filed by the petitioner challenging the reversion orders.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
