THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19655 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, for respondent No.1 and the learned Special Government Pleader for CRDA, for respondents 2 and 3. With consent of the counsel appearing for both parties, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the orders dated 19.05.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent, directing the petitioner to return an amount of Rs.10,800/- by declaring the land admeasuring Ac.1.01 cents as Jareebu land instead of Ac.1-55 cents in Sy.No.2 of Abbirajupalem and further directing the petitioner to execute necessary amendments to the agreement dated 03.01.2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 25.05.2016 made by the petitioner at the earliest.

4. In view of the above and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 25.05.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of two (02) weeks.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
