THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.31684 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to proceed with the investigation in F.I.R.No.46 of 2016 and take action against the accused therein.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he lodged a complaint with the 3rd respondent on 11.03.2016 against one Mr.Choudary Appalanaidu and others and on the basis of the same, the 3rd respondent registered a case in F.I.R.No.46 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 468, 469, 471, 420, 506 r/w 34 IPC, but, so far no steps have been taken. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits in the allegations made in the writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in F.I.R.No.46 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 18.10.2016.
