Sri P.Chandrakanth, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this civil revision petition, reserving liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate revision in relation to their actual grievance which is with regard to refusal by the trial court to mark certain documents. 2.

Civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforestated.
