This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "declaring the action of the respondents in issuing tender notice vide Enq.No.EST16O0119, dated 20.03.2017 for providing of 10T capacity Non-Tipper Lorries )Long Chassis) on hire basis for a period of five years at STPP, Jaipur, Mancherial, Telangana is illegal, null and void and contrary to the condition No.1 of the tender notification No.SR113O0080, dated 08.06.2013, work order No.7500023271 dated 03.12.2013 and agreement dated 28.04.2014 and consequently set aside the same and further direct the respondents to continue the petitioner's firm in terms of the tender enquiry No.SR113O0080 dated 08.06.2013 and work order No.7500023271 dated 03.12.2013 for hiring of 10T capacity (2) Non-Tipper Lorries long chasis up to 31.10.2018 by considering the representation dated 23.02.2017, 08.03.2017 and 29.03.2017."

The petitioner herein emerged as a successful bidder in the year 2013 for providing 10T (Long Chassis) Lorries on hire basis for Area Workshop, SRP for a period of three years. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that according to condition No.1 of terms and conditions of the Tender, the case of the petitioner can be considered for extension of one and half year more. It is submitted that in terms of said condition, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 29.03.2017 to 3rd respondent- Chief General Manager, Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Srirampur, Mancherial (Adilabad) District. It is further submitted that on 20.03.2017 the respondent company issued
fresh tender notification without considering the representation of the petitioner and proceeding with the further process. 3.
Since the petitioner herein already submitted a representation in terms of Condition No.1 of the Tender terms and conditions for extension and as the same is pending consideration before the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation, dated 29.03.2017, by fixing some time frame.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation, dated 29.03.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
