Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to say that if the legal representatives of the petitioner intends to pursue the remedies, it is left open to them to avail such remedies.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
