04.02.2022 LK,J I.A.No. 1 of 2022 This Application is filed seeking extension of time granted by this Court by order dated 11.11.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, they were directed to surrender before the Court within 15 days from the date of the said order and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail. He submits that there was some communication gap and thereafter, sister of the 1st petitioner was suffering from cancer and taking treatment in Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute and as he was attending her, he could not surrender before the police. He also filed the medical reports of his sister.

Taking into consideration the above factors and the medical reasons as stated above, this Court deems it appropriate to grant a week's time from today to the petitioners to surrender before the Station House Officer, KPHB Colony Police Station and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners on bail on their executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to his satisfaction. On such release, the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer, KPHB Colony Police Station on every alternate Saturday between 10.00 A.M. and 05.00 P.M. till completion of investigation and filing of final report. The petitioners shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

and cooperate with the investigation.
