i This Contempt case is filed to initiate proceedings against the respondents herein for violating the interim order of this Hon'ble Tribunal dated 11.06.2014 in O.A.No.7733 of 2O12 with M.A.No.2984 of 2013 and punish them according to law under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act and pass such other or further orders.

Learned Government Pleader for Services II placed on record Lr.No.A2l598 /2012, dated: .11.2023 of District Panchayat Officer by which the details of salary paid to the petitioners in terms of orders dated I l.06.2014 in O.A.No.7733 of 2012 with M.A.No.2984 of 2Ol3 were provided. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he could not verify the veracity of the calculation and also the payments received by the petitioners, since one of the petitioner i.e. 2"d petitioner had expired and the other petitioner i.e. l"t petitioner had retired from services and therefore, he could not contact them.

However, in the light of the material placed by the learned Government Pleader for Services stating that the orders are

complied with, this Contempt case is closed gralting liberty to the petitioners to revive the contempt case, in case it is found that the orders are not fully complied with.

Contempt Case is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
