This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.325 of 2018 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 I.P.C.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 18.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, and C.C No.2090 of 2018 is numbered.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
