This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.101 of 2013 on the file of Women Police Station, Kurnool, Kurnool District, registered for the offence under Section 498-A IPC and under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against the petitioners/A1 to A3. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 25.09.2014 and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the criminal petition. Copy of award is also filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
