Take the audited half-yearly accounts for the periods from (1) 01.10.2017 to 31.03.2018 along with Auditors' Report dated 08.06.2018 submitted on 13.06.12.2018 by M/s Dutt and Associates Chartered Accountants; (2) 01.04.2018 to 30.09.2018 along with Auditors report dated 04.02.2021 submitted on 16.02.2921 by M/s. Padmanabha Rao and Company, Chartered Accountants on record;

Take the affidavit of "no receipts or payments" of half-yearly accounts for the periods from (3) 01.10.2018 to 31.03.2019; (4) 01.04.2019 to 30.09.2019; and (5) 01.10.2019 to 31.03.2020 on record; and iii.
Order that the cost of this application and any miscellaneous expenses do come out of the funds of the company or Estate and Establishment Fund if funds are not available in company.
This Company Application coming on for orders upon reading the Company Application and the affidavit dated 28-06-2021 filed by Sri Suresh Dharavath, Asst. Official Liquidator in support of the Company Application and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. J. Srinadh Reddy, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator for the Applicant. The Court made the following ORDER :

This Company Application is filed by the Assistant Official Liquidator under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 306 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959 to take on record the half-yearly accounts along with the auditors' reports of M/s Dutt and Associates, Chartered Accountants and M/s. Padmanabha Rao & Company, Chartered Accountants of the company in liquidation.
Perused the Auditors' Reports with the assistance of Sri J.Srinadh Reddy, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. Also perused the affidavit of Official Liquidator showing "no receipts or payments" during the period from 01.10.2018 to 31.03.2019; 01.04.2019 to 30.09.2019; and 01.10.2019 to 31.03.2020 (both days inclusive). The prayer is accepted. The half-yearly accounts and the auditors' reports are taken on file. This Company Application is ordered accordingly. __________________ T.
