Subbarao, learned counsel for the appellant-writ petitioner has filed I.A. No. 1 of 2018 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal.

2. The I.A. is allowed and the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Writ Appeal shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
