This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3, seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), in connection with Crime No.757 of 2025 on the file of Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 77, 69 and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short 'BNS'). 2.
The case of prosecution is that on 18.04.2025 at 1300 hours, a petition was received from complainant in which she stated that during her previous employment at Value Momentum (21.11.2021 to 01.03.2023), she became close to her colleague Upputhari Sudeep. He proposed to her, promised marriage, and took ₹2,00,000/- from her under false pretenses. He had physical relations with her, claiming they were like husband and wife, and allegedly drugged and exploited her between October to December 2024. They stayed together in a rented flat in Kondapur. When she insisted on marriage, he took her to his parents in Kanakipadu on 06.12.2024. However, on 08.12.2024, his

family insulted, threatened, and rejected her, saying another alliance was fixed, and took away her gold chain. She was sent back forcibly. His family, including Titus Paul, Jayapurnadevi, Anand Kripal, and Vasundhara, allegedly continued to threaten her and her parents. Basing on the same, a case was registered in crime No.757 of 2025. 3.
Heard Mr.S.Akhilesh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent/State.

Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that petitioners have not committed the alleged offence and they were falsely implicated in the above crime. He further submitted that according to the allegations made in the complaint the ingredients of the alleged offences are not made out against the petitioners. He further submitted that the material part of the investigation is completed and the petitioners are ready to cooperate with the investigation and they are also ready to abide by the conditions, which are going to be imposed by this Court and hence, prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Per contra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioners have committed grave offence and investigation is under progress and if the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail at this stage, they may tamper with the evidence and may threaten the witnesses, and hence, prayed to dismiss the petition.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by learned counsel for respective parties, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 subject to the following conditions.
1. The petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 shall surrender before the X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Prashanth Nagar, Cyberabad, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on such surrender, the learned Magistrate shall release the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 on bail on their executing a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty Thousand only) each with two sureties, for the like sum each.
2. After release, the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11.00 A.M. on every Saturday, for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.
3. The petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 482

(2) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
