1 This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award passed in O.P.No.101 of 2010 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Karimanagar at Jagtial.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
