ORDER

The petitioner was appointed as Village Revenue Officer and he was transferred to Pervala, Cluster of Neredugommu Mandal of Nalgonda District, during the month of February, 2016. On the report submitted by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent alleging certain irregularities against the petitioner, he was kept under suspension vide proceedings dated 28.07.2017 by the 1st respondent. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that the suspension order was passed pending disciplinary proceedings.

Now, it is stated that after passing of the order of suspension, charge memo was also issued and the petitioner submitted his explanation to the same.

In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to observe that the petitioner shall co-operate for disposal of the enquiry.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
