THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No.873 of 2016

ORDER

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 14.08.2015 in W.P.No.23457 of 2015. This Court passed the said order for consideration of the representation of petitioner dated 02.02.2015. The said representation relates to the payment of compensation pursuant to taking possession of the land by the 2nd respondent.

It is represented that after disposal of the writ petition as aforesaid, the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Warangal, pass ed an order on 06.08.2016 rejecting the plea of the petitioner, whereas the Tahsildar submitted proceedings before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Warangal on 18.07.2016 seeking necessary instructions.

In the circumstances, it is left open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law and the present contempt case cannot be proceeded further.

The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand dismissed.
