I.A.No.01 of 2019 is filed by the petitioners seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to initiate proceedings in future in the event of failure of respondents to perform their part of obligation as contained in letter dated 28.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted.
