This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.Ct seeking regular bail to the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.3 and 6 in Crime No.98 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(bxiiXC) of NDPS Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the bail was granted to these petitioners by the trial Court under Section 167 Cr.P,C.
