THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1316 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 22.01.2013 passed in I.A.No.593 of 2012 in O.S.No.181 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Repalle. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
