HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE SMT.JUSTICE T.RAJANI WRIT APPEAL No.821 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri T.V.Kalyan Singh, learned counsel for the appellants, seeks liberty for the appellants to avail their remedy of a civil suit. Suffice it to make it clear that, in case appellants avail their remedy of a civil suit, the civil court shall consider their claim on its merits, without being influenced by the observations in the order under appeal. Subject to the aforesaid observations, the writ appeal fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
