THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION No.14145 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners - A1 to A3 in Crime No.151 of 2016 of Narasaraopet Rural Police Station, Guntur District, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506, 324, 342 read with 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and de facto complainant are related to each other; and petitioners were falsely implicated in the above crime raising false allegations.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has not yet been completed in the aforesaid crime.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with investigation. However, the Station House Officer, Narasaraopet Police Station is hereby directed not to arrest the petitioners - A.1 to A.3 in Crime No.151 of 2016 till completion of investigation or filing of charge sheet. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
