Ms.V.Vidyullatha, learned counsel representing Mr. P.Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order which is the subject-matter of this contempt case has been stayed in appeal.

In that view of the matter, this contempt case does not survive for consideration at this stage and is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in future, if warranted. No order as to costs.
