2. Petitioner claims to be owner of Plot No.36, Harijan Welfare House Building Co-operative Society, GLR Survey No.481/268, Ramnagar, Picket Ward No.4, Secunderabad Cantonment. Alleging that respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who are his neighbours, have encroached on public road and constructed compound wall with separate gates, petitioner made representation to the first respondent dated 02.03.2015 requesting to examine and take appropriate action. Petitioner is also stated to have filed another representation dated 11.05.2015. Alleging that no action is taken in spite of representations, referred to above, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submits that petitioner's representations would be considered and appropriate action as per law will be taken in the matter.

4. Recording the said submission, writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to examine and take appropriate action expeditiously, in accordance with law, after notice to all the parties. As a sequel the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
