This Criminal Revision Case is preferred by the Petitioner/ Accused No.2 aggrieved by the Order dt. 02.09.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.49 of 2011 in S.C.No.250 of 2011 passed by the V Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Guntur, refusing to discharge him from the case.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court through the Docket Proceedings of the Court of V Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Guntur, that main case i.e., S.C.No.250 of 2011 was disposed of by the said Court on 28.01.2011.

In that view of the matter, this Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
