Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that interim order dated 25.08.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.18461 of 2011 has been complied with and in view thereof, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
