This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 4 and 5 in threatening the petitioner to sell her agricultural land to the unofficial respondents 6 to 8 by colluding with them.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of the unofficial respondents, a case in Crime No.81/2019 is registered against the petitioner under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w/s.34 IPC, on the file of Chityala Police Station, on 29.03.2019, and petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.7 in the said case. It is also stated that the Investigating Officer served notice under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C. to the petitioner on 28.05.2019, but the petitioner instead of cooperating with the investigating officer filed the present writ petition. The other allegations made by the petitioner were all denied. Recording the aforesaid submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. If petitioner is aggrieved by registration of crime against her, it is open for her to avail remedies as may be available to her under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
