This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the constructions of the houses of the petitioners (dwelling houses) in the Government land situated in Sy.No.86, Bhanojithota, Gajuwaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam District as per G.O.Ms.No.296 (Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dated 12.08.2015 and G.O.Ms.No.301, dated 05.07.2016 and attempting to demolish the structures of the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP No.24105 of 2016 on 18.08.2016 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, as the applications of the petitioner for regularization of lands are pending with the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. Till then, there shall be stay of demolition.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
