THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15839 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent police in not taking any action against the unofficial respondent pursuant to the written complaint dt.20.07.2019 submitted by the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the petitioner is receiving threatening calls from the unofficial respondent. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.26.07.2019 submitted by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Kesamudram P.A., Mahabubabad District, wherein it is stated that on receipt of complaint from the petitioner, GD entry was made and preliminary enquiry was conducted; that after completion of preliminary enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.90/2019, under Section 448, read with Section 34 IPC of Kesamudram Police Station on 25.07.2019; and that the case is under investigation.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. Since it is stated that petitioner is receiving threatening calls from the unofficial respondent, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law by making fresh complaint. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
