As remedy of the petitioner is if at all to move for bail, anticipatory or otherwise and not recall of warrant for not a case of earlier any bail granted and in the absence of any NBW issued to consider the request for recall of the warrant. 2.

Accordingly and with the above observation, this criminal petition is disposed of, for nothing to keep pending, including from any say of earlier pending investigation other accused availed concession of not to arrest, that is no longer subsisting from the own say on the moment final report filed the concession seized.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
