Mr. T.D. Phani Kumar submits that the petitioner has received no objection vakalat from him and as on date, he is not appearing.

2. The statement is placed on record. I have perused the writ papers. It appears the petitioner has not made arrangement to represent him in the writ petition by any learned advocate.

The writ petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
