THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4884 Of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of CPC, is filed challenging the order dated 03.09.2013 passed in I.A.No.1465 of 2012 in O.S.No.1555 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the II Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.01.2017. Hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal.' Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal.' It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
