Heard.
2. Petitioner claims to be the owner of land to an extent of Ac.1-26 guntas in survey No.237/B2, B3 & B4 and Ac.1-05 guntas in survey No.239/B2, B3 & B4 of Palkonda Village, Mahabubnagar Urban Mandal, having purchased the same along with two others through registered sale deeds dated 04.02.2016. Petitioner further alleges that the co-owners parted with their respective un-divided share by way of separate registered sale deeds and thereby the petitioner became the owner of total extent of Acs.2-31 guntas. His neighbour SVS Educational Society is having lands in survey Nos.167, 237 and 239 of Palkonda Village. In view of the apprehension on the extents of land, petitioner as well as his neighbour i.e. SVS Educational Society have applied for conducting of survey. Exs.P.1 and P.2 are the receipts issued by TS on-line acknowledging submission of applications for conducting survey in F-line.
3. Having regard to the said submissions, without entering into the merits of the case, respondents 3 to 5 are directed to act upon the application made for conducting survey and if the claim of the petitioner to conduct survey is valid, the respondents shall follow appropriate procedure as warranted by law to conduct survey in the presence of all the persons, who are likely to be affected, by issuing advance notice to them.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
