Sri K. Raja Rama Mohan, Advocate representing Smt. K. Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition and, to that effect, a letter has been filed before the Registry on 06.02.2019 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
