This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents authorities in not including the missing extent of land admeasuring Ac.4.23 guntas in place of old survey numbers 81, 82, 87, 88, 89, 91 and 92, with corresponding new Survey Nos.675, 676, 679 and 699, situated at Laxmapur Village, Mudu Chintalapally Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, considering the representations dated 04.04.2022 and 08.04.2022 and also online application No. LM2200020273, Dated 08.04.2022 as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner, possessor and pattadar of agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.3.20 guntas in Survey No.81, Ac.2.281⁄2 guntas in Survey No.82, Ac.0.07 guntas in Survey No.87, Ac.1.01 in Survey No.88, Ac.1.21 guntas in Survey No.89, Ac.2.24 guntas in Survey No.91 and Ac.2.27 guntas in Survey No.92, i.e., total extents of said land is Ac.14.08 1⁄2, situated at Lakshmapur Village, Muduchinthalapalli Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District and out of the said extent of Ac.14.07 1⁄2, the petitioner claims to
MSK,J W.P.No.22189 of 2022 have been sold an extent of Ac.7.38 1⁄2 guntas and retained the remaining extent of Ac.6.10 guntas. After introduction of new Digital Passbook and Dharani Portal, the respondent authorities have issued new pattadar passbook cum title deed in the name of the petitioner with Khatha No.36 by showing only an extent of Ac.1.27 guntas in Survey No.675/A and the remaining extent of land owned by the petitioner to an extent of Ac.4.23 guntas is not shown in the new pattadar passbook and online Dharani Portal, seeking rectification of the same, petitioner claims to have been submitted an online application in Dharani Portal on 08.04.2022 vide number LM2200020273, but the said online application is still pending and has not considered by the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the online module is recently opened on Dharani Portal to enable the rectification of such mistakes of missing an extents, etc and the petitioner makes new application under relevant column afresh, the same will be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of
MSK,J W.P.No.22189 of 2022 directing the respondent No.2 to consider the online application No. LM2200020273, dated 08.04.2022 for updating the missing extent of Ac.4.23 guntas, situated in old survey numbers 81, 82, 87, 88, 89, 91 and 92, with corresponding new Survey Nos.675, 676, 679 and 699, situated at Laxmapur Village, Mudu Chintalapally Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The petitioner is at liberty to make an another application afresh under appropriate module and in such an event, the respondent No.3 shall consider the same along with application No. LM2200020273, dated 08.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There is no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
