Heard.

The petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.5-11 cents in Sy.No.702-I situated at Muddinayanapalli Village, Kalyandurgam Mandal, Anantapur District. Alleging that respondents 3 and 4 are trying to dispossess her from the said land, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the land claimed by the petitioner is classified as Government dry as per RSR and the land is in possession of the petitioner and she was given pattadar pass book No.45674. The allegation of the petitioner that the 4th respondent visited the land on 17-07-2015 is denied. It is also stated that the remaining land in Sy.No.702 is reserved for 'vanka channel'. It is stated that on a representation of the villagers, notice is issued to the petitioner for enquiry only to show Rastha to the adjacent pattadars in the remaining land. It is stated that neither the Village Revenue Officer nor the Tahsildar is disturbing the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land in question.

In view of the said instructions, the allegation of interference is totally incorrect. However, if the petitioner has been given any such notice, as referred to above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit her objection or explanation to the 4th respondent, who would consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
