THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4569 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is as to the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities upon his representation dated 03.11.2015. By the said representation, the petitioner sought mutation in the revenue records and issuance of a fair adangal copy and 1 B patta. This representation was addressed to the Tahsildar, Devipatnam Mandal, the 3rd respondent.

As the authority concerned is yet to apply its mind to the representation of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and adjudicate the same on merits. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2015 and take appropriate action thereupon in accordance with law. In the event the petitioner's request for mutation is refused, the 3rd respondent shall record the reasons therefor and communicate the same to the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
