This Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking action against the illegal and unauthorized construction made by the unofficial respondent over the premises bearing No.6-2-1471, Clock'Iower, Ramalayam Temple, Opposite Women Coltege, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary and seeking a consequential direction that the 2nd respondent shall consider the representations of the petitioner dated 1 9.02.2021, 0 5 .02.202 l, 26.02.202 I and 1 0.0 I .2022. 2.

Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, submitted that the officiat respondents will take appropriate action, in accordance with law, on the representations made by the petitioner, within six weeks from the date ofreceipt ofa copy ofthis order.
